Hello folks in other places! Two months left and sort of counting down the weeks. One could say that the last three months here are the hardest because it’s when you finally start to really see clearly the finish, therefore to wait for it is very hard. Always before, you sort of go through your routine and don’t think too long and hard about going back home.
I haven’t had many photos recently to post, but will soon. The doors and windows are in fact in place, but need to get a photo of that still. All that is left is to finish electric and then decide between painting and placing ceilings. I’m in the process of purchasing little by little the supplies and furniture for the center.
Other than the orphanage project, I keep busy with a recent girl’s camp, my English club and girl’s club activities. I am also, when I have time, writing an interesting article on voodoo and sorcery in Benin. As you may or not know, Benin is the birthplace of Voodoo.
Have a nice day. Sara

Hey guys, if anyone is interested, this is my local NGO’s pretty new website that we put together with funding from my generous predecessor and was put online for by an ex-volunteer here. The photo at the top of the page I took of our orphans a few months ago. The site is all in French, but if you go to google translation tool, you can translate the whole website into English:
1. GO TO http://translate.google.com
2. Where it says Translate a Web Page select French to English and enter the address
